I’d overlook the fact that I’ve not blogged since September, but it’s been so many months that I can’t! I think I have a good reason, though–I’ve been SO busy shooting & posting the photos and reviews to my Examiner.com page, plus working my day job that posting to my blog, which takes extra image preparation, has fallen on my list of priorities.
Thank goodness for a new year (Happy 2011!) and for new year’s resolutions, and a chance to start fresh: in 2011 I vow to get caught up on blog entries from last year, and start posting them in a more timely fashion! This benefits everyone, from my clients to myself, and to me that’s a win-win situation.
That said, the first post I’m doing is from the Summersalt Music Festival, held in San Francisco on October 9th (during Fleet Week!). It was a great honor to be able to cover this event, and I got to see a ton of really fantastic bands, including Mister Loveless, Audiodub, K.Flay, Butterfly Bones, and Music For Animals. It was also the last gorgeous, summery and warm weekend in the bay area’s Indian Summer, making it even more of an incredibly enjoyable experience.
Take a look at the photos (there are more after the jump) and enjoy these memories of a San Francisco summer!
